its a audio driver problem.
FAST SOLUTION
-Use this L2.ini that open the game without sound *You can enable sound ingame.
-or Unhabilite Audio device. in windows. (Start / control panel / system / devices manager. find audio device and right click to diable)
SOLUTION
-Update audio drivers
-Install motherboard Chipset drivers
search your motherboard model with everest , or this program: glary utilities
open glary utilities, go to /modules/system information. It wil show your Motherboard model.
searchin motherboard drivers in google:
nividiea gh 87 drivers (your mother model)
and download install CHIPSET - AUDIO
